Positive: The apartment is very well maintained and comfortable, providing everything we needed.
Negative: Nothing much. A bit farer from the large groceries.
Last night, the neighbouring bar had a country+rock party/concert. The couboys and horses were dancing through the walls. We couldn't sleep till ~2am.
