Prime Location Handy CBD& Restaurants

Positive: The apartment was well equipped with the necessary items, and the kitchen and dryer were particularly useful. The location was convenient for accessing the CBD and nearby restaurants. Negative: There was extremely loud noise from the surrounding cafés and bars throughout the night, even on Wednesday, continuing until approximately 5:30 am. We stayed for three nights but did not receive any housekeeping or room servicing. The apartment was on the second floor, and I could not identify a clearly marked alternative fire exit, although fire extinguishers were available. There appeared to be no staff based in the building. The main door required a firm push to open, while the door had an automatic push-button lock that could easily lock guests out. I was charged NZD 20 for a backup key.

Clean, quiet, quirky, this was a fantastic place for my brother, sister and I to explore Christchurch from. Positive: Great location, lots of space, and a cafe downstairs. Oh, and parking included!

Positive: Close to Hagley Park and our event.

It was an excellent place to stay, couldn't ask for better accommodation. Positive: The whole apartment was perfect. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen and laundry facilities were excellent. Especially loved the Bath. Negative: Weak water pressure was a challenge, but still usable. The outside noises took some getting used to, but not too noticeable after the 2nd day and the earplugs was a nice touch.

Positive: Its worth to stay this big lovely cleaned apartment and me and my family really enjoyed it to stayed ther for last 8 nights. Negative: Nothing... I liked everything.
