Positive: I liked the facilities available, although I didn't use all of them. It was clean and tidy.
Negative: I didn't like the free parking, which for most of my stay meant finding a park on another street. It's probably my expectations but it is what it is.

Great location for a relaxing time in Christchurch
Positive: Great location - easy walk into town but nice and quiet around the property for relaxing. Great to have a full kitchen including washing machine with detergent provided. Lots of the space for the price.
