Great location and a good space - would recommend. Positive: Awesome location, lovely clean home. Comfortable and homely. Easy 10 minute walk into town. Negative: The pillows were way too thin and the duvet was all scrunched up and lumpy when we arrived. It was really warm downstairs compared to upstairs. No BBQ like it said in the listing.

Positive: The property had everything we needed for our 4-night stay, especially the washing machine. It’s also in a perfect location, CBD was within walking distance. The host also has recommendations which restaurants and cafes to try. Negative: I agree in maintaining the property clean as much as possible, which we did. However, emptying the rubbish bins should no longer be the guests responsibility as cleaning service was already included in the fees - it’s one of the reasons I prefer accommodations through booking.com over airbnb. But it only ended up like airbnb.

A fabulous accommodation with great amenities, atmosphere and location. Positive: Fabulous location, could walk to most places in the city. Clean, and provided all amenities needed for a lovely stay. Negative: The poor plant in the kitchen needed watering and attention. It was very sad when we arrived, after some TLC it perked up!
