Overall we did not enjoy our stay. Negative: Unfortunately, overall we didn’t enjoy our experience. While the location was convenient and check-in was easy, the cleanliness and comfort of the room really impacted our stay. After the first night we ended up moving to the couch as the bed was extremely hard and squeaked loudly every time we moved. When removing the sheets, we also noticed a yellow stain on the mattress protector which did not appear to have been properly washed. This made the stay feel quite uncomfortable and disappointing. We also noticed dishes hadn’t been washed properly, windowsills dirty, basins, grubby and the rug was so gross it needs replacing. We won’t be back

Easy check in Negative: The instructions for some of the electrical appliances need to be simplified for anyone over 60. The bed is noisy & could be more comfortable. A black out blind .
