Handy CBD Covered Free Parking Gym 2 Bdrm

Positive: A great place which is in the CBD. A bit pricey. Not far from the centre of town. Underground car park is a bonus but was next to the bins. Negative: None

The good: Clean inside, close to everything, great location. Wi-Fi. Secure parking. The not so good: Dirty outside including a used makeshift ashtray with cigarette butts and just generally dirty outside with rubbish laying around. Very noisy, both beds, very uncomfortable. We had to swap rooms after the first night as the blinds didn't fit properly and it was very light from the streetlights. No aircon which was advertised with the unit and very hot when we arrived. However, there was a small fan in the cupboard. We couldn't have the windows open as the noise was really bad, so it was really hot and hard to sleep. It also advertised that there was 1.5 bathrooms, so we assumed this meant a second toilet, but it was just one very small bathroom with a huge 30cm step up into the shower and only one toilet and the washing machine in the bathroom. The towel racks had clearly broken, and the new ones were in weird positions that were hard to get to. There also wasn't a lot of cutlery and kitchen things so if there's more than two people you would struggle. We were also told there were only 6 stairs to get into the apartment but there were closer to 30 and with heavy bags, it was very difficult. With what we paid for the week we were disappointed as we thought this would be a lovely place to stay but it was below our expectations.

Positive: 체크인이나 집 이용과 관련하여 호스트가 실시간으로 연락하며 도움을 주었어요. 집도 가격 대비 넓고 편안해서 좋았어요. 다만 침실에서는 와이파이가 잘 안 터져서 약간의 불편함이 있었지만, 전반적으로 만족스러운 스테이였습니다.

Positive: Good location and price. Overall it was a good aprtment Negative: there was some black mold in the wardrobes. Noise from level above, especially when they were having a gathering/ party.
