Positive: Clean. Well presented. Good communication.
Negative: The rug was not nice In the lounge because it left bits on all your clothes and the couch was uncomfortable.

Positive: We had a problem locating the key as there were two options and the box was difficult to open. We had to contact the owner but they talked us through it.
