Light & Spacious 2Bdrm Townhouse Off Street Park

Positive: We don't have any problem with the house, it could have been a nice stay except for the fact that the person looking after it is very racist and disrespectful. Negative: It says 24/7 support, but when we got locked out of the house at around 9pm and called support only about 3x as there is no answer so we just message online, then she went ballistic and so angry at us about calling her and accusing us of calling her "20x"as she says she is sleeping and we are disrespectful. So she maybe expect us to sleep in the car in the cold night with 2 kids, we didn't argue with her being respectful as she still an old woman and the neighbors could also hear her screaming, despite pleading to calm down, I was just quiet the whole time not to react to her screaming yet she accused me of threatening her by just looking at her . Overall causing my wife additional distress as we only came there in Christchurch for a very important exam, the reason also i did not complicate things as we already paid the accomodation and where in the middle of our stay. But we have all the evidences that night if ever this discrimination won't be addressed properly and no opologies where even made.

Positive: Beautiful comfortable home for my family. Loved having a dishwasher and washing machine as we needed it over the week. Negative: The address we were emailed was different to the booking.com details so we were very confused. Our batteries for the tv was flat so we had to purchase new ones to work the tv.

Lovely Positive: Quite, clean, spacious, and well‑maintained, also have a washer and dryer ~ great for a holiday stay. The location is excellent, just a short walk to a Thai takeaway nearby.

An ok stay! Positive: The property was clean, the instructions for check-in and parking slot was clear. The property had portable fans which was required as the rooms were a bit Claustrophobic. The property manager did check in during our stay and was quick to respond. Negative: The property is not centrally located. Also the bedrooms are very small and almost feels claustrophobic. The windows are high so it has no view, but maybe great for privacy. They had limited utensils (e.g. 2 bedroom unit should at least have 4 dinner plates it only had 2) We were staying only for two nights so it didn't matter but if someone is staying for a bit longer it maybe very limited.

Quality Positive: Perfect for our family holiday. The location was excellent and property of a high quality.
