Literally right beside the stadium. Will be ideal for when concerts, sporting events are on. (Might be noisy though) Positive: Location, modern facilities. Negative: Uncomfortable bed, no curtain for the entry door, bedroom window right on footpath/street. Case in point … old man looking in the windows as we were leaving.
