Excellent facilities, great location, limited free parking Positive: Central location close to public transport and city centre. Well appointed with laundry facilities, wifi, and dishwasher. Warm, spacious unit. Negative: Despite assurances, parking was a bit of an issue, with limited free street parking available, especially during working hours. Note that bedroom and bathroom are accessed via steep stairs so not suitable for the disabled.

Good location for act Positive: The house is nice, warm and clean. The kitchen has everything we need. Central location. Quiet neighborhood. We were there during school holiday, despite the location being right by an intersection, we only hear the odd car sound one or two times. Easy check-in/out.

The perfect base for exploring the Christchurch CBD Positive: An excellent apartment, just a few minutes walk from the CBD. Well equipped kitchen. We checked in late on a cold winter evening, and really appreciated that the lights and the heat pump had been put on so that we'd arrive to a warm welcoming space. Would happily stay here again.
