Whow! Unique Quirky Spacious Free Off Street Park

Great central location with good clear instructions prior to arriving, checks during and before leaving Positive: Clean and tidy, quiet. Within easy walking distance of the square and surrounding inner city sights. I was in Chch for work and could walk each day. Great having onsite parking. Negative: Balcony wasn’t able to be fully used as it had a structure on ground outside 2nd bedroom. Didn’t impact on enjoyment though.

Great location and everything you need Positive: Great location walking distance to supermarket, great cafes and restaurants. Well equipped. Comfy beds. Great host communication.

I wouldn’t ever stay there again! Positive: Location was good Negative: The house was not clean to a high enough standard especially at the price point. I was very disappointed that the second bedroom had a pull down bed from the wall. An extremely uncomfortable bed especially when advertised as two bedroom you would expect an actual bed!
