Apartment with a view
Positive: Beautiful apartment with everything we needed. Nice and quiet with a good view.
Negative: Directions weren't clear.

Cranky property manager
Negative: Property manager agreed to early check in prior to the set 3pm time and confirmed by text. The apartment was not made up on our arrival at 1.30pm. No worries to us however the manager lied to the cleaners that early check in approval was news to her. I rang the manager to advise it's ok no worries however she didn't give me a chance, just carried on about "you people always want early check in". She then cut the conversation and hung up!
