No accommodation for solo travelling women (I felt unsafe) Positive: Nothing Negative: Not a place where a woman travelling alone should stay. It is a remote and dubious area. I did not feel safe because of the stores in the area. In addition, my bed was dirty and dusty. I cannot recommend this as a “normal” accommodation.

Fantastic location fir Christchurch city Positive: Lively clean apartment in a fantastic location central to all we wanted to visit. Negative: Slightly narrow stairs up to the apartment

Great location, close to city and parks. Positive: Good space and close to centre city Negative: It could have had more cutting knives and more pots. The garage was good but didn’t fit our SUV so maybe a mention in the comments that it best fits a smaller car.

Positive: Location is excellent. Central city within easy walking distance. Apartment is spacious and adequate for two people. Negative: Outside patio had not been cleaned, with old leaf litter and mould. Garage was full of old leaves and could have been swept. Rubbish bin was full and unemptied.
