Prime CBD Hospital Location Plus Garage 2Bdrms

Super apartment, fantastic location and facilities. Will definitely stay again. Positive: Love the location - close to hospital to be able to walk , and to walk to main area of town with lots of restaurants and shopping. Negative: Heating in the bedrooms- would have loved an electric blanket.

Perfect apartment for the 3 of us to explore town and start our day with a walk around Hagley Park. Clean and comfy!! Positive: Love the location, so close to town and the park. The flat was warm when we arrived and all the instructions were clear in the booklet. Comfy furniture, great to have the dining room table. Pretty well equipped kitchen. Negative: My only complaint was that maybe the bedroom windows were a bit thin or the seals not working properly. It sounded like the windows were slightly ajar in both rooms despite us checking they were shut. Having said that, despite the really central location it was a pretty quiet spot.

Central location, clean and cosy. Good for a short stay in Christchurch. Positive: Good location, in between Christchurch Botanic Garden and Riverside Market and walking distance to both. Well equipped kitchen, cosy room. Negative: Garage a bit small. We have to leave the garage door open after parking Toyota RAV4.

Great location with all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay Positive: Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at the apartment. The location is excellent — very convenient and close to the CBD, and key attractions, making it easy to get around and explore Christchurch. The unit is well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including useful amenities like a washing machine. That said, I really enjoyed my stay, and with a few small improvements, this would be an excellent accommodation option in Christchurch. Negative: There are just a few minor areas for improvement — the car park space is quite tight, and with 4 persons staying, the single shared bathroom can be a bit challenging at times. The shower holder could also be fixed.

It was so bad I checked out a day early. I thought I was being scammed when I was told I could get a $50 refund and wa Negative: There was a strong odour of dead fish as I walked in and all through the living space. No evidence of any rubbish or mess but the smell was terrible.
