Positive: 什么好感都被房东的恶劣行为败坏了，但是房子的装修很好，体验感很差，极不满意。
Negative: 从未有过如此恶劣的体验，房东恶心的行为令人发指，day1有热水，day2开始恶意cut掉热水不给正常使用热水，远程操控屋内的热水器，剥夺住客正常使用热水权利，导致我们在10摄氏度以下的天气条件下使用冰冷的水洗澡。 直到退房当天早上9am后又通过远程遥控屋内热水器正常提供热水，还无理指控损坏物品并要求赔偿,对这种行为感到愤怒并且无法理解，因为大家都素未谋面。
