Stylish Brand New Sunny 3Bdrm 3Bth garage sleeps 6

Would not recommend! Positive: - mostly clean and tidy. - modern and new building. Negative: - Stifling heat upstairs, no aircon or fans in bedrooms!! Unbearable to sleep if it’s hot. - NO PRIVACY!! to keep cool- blinds and windows bend to be open but absolutely no privacy. Neighbors and passers by can see straight in. Bedroom window faces neighbors kitchen windows! - apartments all extremely close to each other! -could only JUST fit suv car in garage, with great difficulty!! -cars parked out the front of our garage and we could not get out…. Multiple times. - host doesn’t respond to messages in a timely manner. Requested early check in (2pm) - 2 days later received a message saying “you had a message saying check in was 3pm.” Not helpful!! - the rule book is longer than war and peace, basically requesting you clean everything before you go or you’ll be charged, including emptying all bins, washing and drying dishes etc. -could hear neighbors crying kids and kids playing out the front of apartment at 7am Saturday Morning (very small complex! No privacy, noise echoes!) - auto generated messages requesting 5 star reviews and priding themselves on exceptional service, but didn’t respond to request for early check in or to leave bags in garage to 1 hour so we could go to breakfast, without luggage. -view is of the train tracks! So close and loud the beds shake!!! -large distance from the city Center- will need to uber. Not walking distance. - VERY basic supplies. Shampoo, no conditioner. 3 teabags in total for 6 people to stay 3 nights, 200mls long life milk- not homely or thoughtful. Would not recommend!!!!

although we were close to the train tracks, our stay was amazing. Positive: Tidy , had everything we needed for our weekend. Nice to come back every evening to comfort. Negative: The trains, and a bin filled with dirty nappies on the ground floor

Fabulous accommodation exactly what we needed Positive: 3 separate bedrooms each with own unsuited bathrooms. Close to a variety of restaurants and eateries Negative: Larger vehicles don't fit in garage and need to be parked outside the complex

Would definitely stay here again! Positive: Great location, nice and clean. Had all the amenities. Easy to find and great communication from the owners. They were very accommodating, arranged a cot & high chair for my toddler. Was very easy for me not having to bring all that on holiday. Negative: It was very hot upstairs and there was no aircon. There was a portable fan but it didn’t do too much in terms of keeping the room cool.

Wonderful and will be back Positive: It was a warm wonderful home lots of space for the amount people that stayed, easy to understand instructions to get in. communication was wonderful and easy to do. Couldn't hear the neighbour's at all. Negative: If I could give any advice not something that I didnt like that the most of the people that stayed agreed on was, that all the pillows were not comfortable and should be replaced but the beds were great! The other things was if you have a long vehicle like a ute if won't fit in the garage of the apartment
