Positive: Modern, clean, spacious, felt safe being in a gated area. Was also great having a garage.

Hot and sunny
Positive: Great space and great location. We could walk easily to Hagley Park. Great to have a bathroom for each bedroom
Negative: Was very hot upstairs which made sleep difficult.
Would have been great to have a bathroom on the middle floor too

房子乾淨、電器齊全，距離格雷茅斯火車站約15分，若有要去打火車，這個是不錯的選擇！

Great little unit
Positive: Great option for a small group - plenty of space and so good to have 3 bathrooms. Kitchen facilities are great.
Close to some great cafes and only 15min walk to Hagley park.
Negative: The third floor could use a stronger fan or a/c unit for summer. It was very warm. There were small fans provided next to the beds which were appreciated.
