Train tracks immediately behind the property but the station is some distance! Positive: Clean and well presented. Negative: A lot of traffic noise at night , sounded like cars racing!

Positive: Modern, clean, spacious, felt safe being in a gated area. Was also great having a garage.

Hot and sunny Positive: Great space and great location. We could walk easily to Hagley Park. Great to have a bathroom for each bedroom Negative: Was very hot upstairs which made sleep difficult. Would have been great to have a bathroom on the middle floor too
