Positive: Great location for Addington Raceway, nicely laid out. Negative: Noise from train, possibly not noisey all the time but was last night with crusaders game on

Positive: Loved it was a great location 2nd visit to this property and have enjoyed it clean home with beautiful views of the mountains would definitely return

A great place to stay in Christchurch Positive: This was a stylish 3BR townhouse in Addington which is quite close to the centre of Christchurch. All the bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which were all very stylish. The kitchen and dining area have all the utensils and equipment that you would need. The townhouse had a garage for the car too. There were a range of restaurants and take-away food options nearby on the main road. It was an excellent place to stay in Christchurch. Negative: Fyi, the townhouse is on 3 levels, which was fine for us, but may not suit other people who have difficulty with stairs.

Clean but couldn't find any rubbish/recycle bins Positive: Place is clean Negative: - Bathroom cabinet is blocking half of small wash basin, making brushing of teeth over the basin impossible and spilling water onto floor. Suggestion to move cabinet away from basin. - sliding shower door rollers is already out of it's railing. A note was put up to gently close the shower door. Took a lot of effort to align the doors so water doesn't get out of the shower room. Guests time is better served than putting effort to fix the shower doors. Had to get the maintenance to fix it the next day. - we could not find any rubbish/recycling bins anywhere in the apartment compound. We had to bring our rubbish outside of the apartment compound and use others bins which the owner was not very happy with.

Train tracks immediately behind the property but the station is some distance! Positive: Clean and well presented. Negative: A lot of traffic noise at night , sounded like cars racing!
