Positive: Modern and new feeling apartment. Outdoor courtyard. Everything you need in the kitchen. Plunger coffee was a nice bonus.

Good for what we needed but you definitely need to fix things and replace them
Negative: The bed was completely broken one side was completely off the base very uncomfortable
The chair in lounge the leg was broken
The outdoor chair was broken
Think you just need to replace and maintain the fixing of thing ls in the unit but over all was great for what we needed
