Great location, clean and tidy - good comms from owner - just a few things to address. Positive: Location is great and apartment was clean and tidy. Negative: Biggest issue was in the bedroom facing the road. With only blinds in the room and a very bright light outside the window it was impossible to darken the room. If you don't mind sleeping in an illuminated room no problem - maybe curtains would solve the problem. The sofas could also do with an upgrade.

Fantastic 2 bedroom apartment. Walking distance to shops, stadium and restaurants. Awesome!!! Positive: A wonderful 2 bedroom apartment only 5 minutes walk from the CBD, shops and restaurants. Also only about 10 minutes walk from the new stadium. Free onsite parking. Well appointed kitchen if you wanted to cook. Coffee maker. Everything lovely and clean.

Nice apartment - Great Location Positive: Location to the City and new stadium was excellent. Negative: I was a little surprised in a relatively new apartment with modern bathrooms that there was no shelf for soap or shampoo etc so they were placed on the floor/tray. The main windows in the living area were filthy on the balcony side so would be easy to clean if bothered.
