Excellent location and propert for a short Christchurch stay Positive: Awesome location. Very handy to Riverside markets and other really great eateries and shopping. Good to have secure parking. Apartment is very comfortable with all that you would need. Negative: There is a bit of noise at night from the front bedroom, but being that close to the city centre you would expect that.

As a visitor from Australia it was great accommodation for our catch up with local friends Positive: Clean and bright accommodation.

Great pad for a short stay in the CBD, would stay again! Positive: Great location , easy to walk to town and local cafes, restaurants and Te Kaha stadium Negative: If I’m being picky, the light that came into the bedrooms from the street lights was annoying. It wouldn’t put me off staying again, I would just bring an eye mask

Positive: 空間超大、有2套衞浴設備。廚房空間很大，器具齊全，有食用油。離interchange bus stop很近，去超市採買方便，位置便利。有洗衣機及烘衣機，對冬天旅遊的旅客非常便利。CP值高，下次來一定會再入住。 Negative: 無
