Excellent thank you.
Positive: Location and facilities were excellent, so close to great restaurants and near the Riverside Market.
Negative: It was great but lounges were very low and uncomfortable. Vanity space for toiletries would have been helpful.

Great, except the collection of the key.
Positive: Having 2 bathrooms for a family of 4 is good.
Negative: Collecting the keys took quite a while, and the lockbox was difficult to use. It would be greatly appreciated if the host could switch to a more user-friendly lockbox to make access smoother for guests.
