Excellent place to stay- highly recommend
Positive: Very clean and warm. Very close to the new pool and recreation centre ( we were at a competition there). Also near Hagley park and a 15 min walk into the city.
Very quick response when we had an issue with the TV which was fixed the next day
Negative: It would have been good to have more info/ tips for use on the appliances

Great location and value for people at the pool

Negative: Just need a few more kitchen utensils eg microwave dish etc

A lovely clean modern practical property very convenient to the CBD.
Positive: We love the location, free parking, clean tidy rooms, everything works well, keyless entry. Also now the new sports centre is open right next door it’s a perfect place to stay.
Negative: Mattress on 2nd floor needed turning or changing as it is worn out and dips on one side.
There were a few noisy neighbours after 10pm and at night. We didn’t use not know who to call.
