Lovely spot for an overnight stay Positive: It was very comfortable, good kitchen facilities and warm and cosy. Close walk to restaurants and cafes. Negative: Carpark overlooks lounge room and main bedroom overlooks the road. Nice to have some sheer curtains to soften this and provide a little privacy.

Small apartment in a great location Positive: Great location in Christchurch, with restaurants, cafes, and attractions within walking distance. Negative: The check-in process was a bit challenging. The lockbox was difficult to locate as it was a small box hanging on the fencing, and clearer instructions or photos would be helpful for first-time guests. The bathroom could also be improved by adding a few more hooks or a small shelf, as there was very limited space to hang clothes or place personal belongings. For future guests: when driving in, turn into the Wilson Carpark. There is a reserved parking slot for the unit, but it may not be obvious at first, so keep an eye out for the apartment number. Other than these minor issues, everything else was good and we enjoyed our stay.

High CP with google locatin Positive: The apartment is quite new , clean and comfortable, especially they offer a free parking space just in front of apartment. It also provided all the kitchen utensils, basic seasonings, and even an oven and dishwasher. The bed was very large and had just the right firmness, and the comforter was very warm. In the cold winter, there is plenty of hot water for showering. And it only few minutes walk to downtown and supermarket. We also love the big balcony. They also offer a 2-in-1 washer and dryer, which was very useful when we arrived on a rainy day. The apartment is right across from the police building so it's very safe. This will be my only one choice if I visit Christchurch again. Negative: Non
