Modern but homely and very close to the interchange and supermarkets
Positive: Great location especially if travelling by bus. Modern and homely. Light and spacious.

Positive: It’s in a very central location- easy to walk into the CBD, Riverside Market is within a couple minute’s walk. Nice, modern apartment. Comes with a car parking spot.
Negative: It was abit tricky to follow the instructions from the owner/management staff. They send an email on how to locate the key, and how to find the car spot. Clearer instructions would be great.

This apartment was in perfect location for sightseeing around Christchurch city
Positive: Spotlessly clean and modern. Well equiped kitchen and washing machine a bonus! Great to be able to store luggage in lockers below the flats for small fee

Outstanding City Location
Positive: The location was excellant, there was everything we needed for a holiday trip. It was excellant to have our own car park.
Negative: Not having any shelving to put your things on in the shower.

Perfect Location!
Positive: Location within walking distance of everything downtown. The place was very clean, sunny, and the views were nice. Parking spot was very convenient.
