Immaculate presentation, carpark

Beautiful house with all the necessities. Negative: TV used rabbit ears so felt very ancient. TV was on the smaller side.

Lovely place and nice location. Positive: Great location, really tidy and felt safe being in the complex. Negative: Nothing, it was pretty perfect

Would happily return and recommend to others Positive: Handy location if you have a car. We ubered in and out of the Riverside for evenings and this was only $15 each way. Very clean and tidy, warm and comfortable. Negative: There is fair amount of road noise when house is quiet at bedtime. Wouldn't wake you up but was a little hard to go back to sleep if woken although I'm used to a very quiet neighbourhood so wouldn't be an issue for many people. Would be great to have a full-length mirror somewhere and a few more clothes hangers.

Positive: The apartment is lovely and new. Lots of sun pouring in meant we hardly needed the heat pump. Cooking facilities were great with everything we needed to cook for ourselves. We appreciated the washing machine and that we could hang out clothes outside to dry. A decent but achievable walk to the city meant we didn't have to find parking in the CBD. Negative: It would have been good if some instructions could have been provided for the TV which was not simple to operate. When we enquired, a handyman was sent straight away to show us, but we felt bad about needing him! Ditto for the stovetop, which worked fine but was unfamiliar to us and tricky to operate. A little noisy at night being so close to the motorway, but closing all the windows helped.

THOUGHT IT WAS GREAT. WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN. WE STAYED THREE NIGHTS. Positive: EXCELLENT ACCOMMODATION. VERY CLEAN. WELL PRESENTED. ON SITE PARKING AND WELL LOCATED FOR OUR PURPOSES. KITCHEN REASONABLY WELL EQUIPPED. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION FROM HOSTS. Negative: TV WAS A BIT OF AN ISSUE...A BIT OF BUFFERING AND SCREEN FREEZING. NOT SURE WHETHER THAT WAS A REGULAR OCCURRENCE OR NOT. SOME INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO OPERATE THE TV AND THE TOUCH HOB IN THE KITCHEN WOULD HAVE BEEN HELPFUL.
