Positive: Compact apartment styled accomodation Negative: Not the best check in process, was too confusing with unclear and too much unnecessary information. This property is NOT disability accessible and unfortunately for us we did not know this until we arrived at the property. We have stayed in many properties across the world from 3 star to luxury accommodation and have never been asked to "make certain" we clean the property before leaving, ie remove rubbish, do dishes and pack away. When you pay good money for short term stays, the priority is checking out at the standard check out time of 10am this is to allow time for cleaners to come in to get it ready for the next guest to arrive at the set arrival time for this property of 3pm.

Positive: Good location, and the apartment is very functional. Negative: The main lift was not working and taped up and the carpet at the entrance of the building had been ripped out, so it all looked a bit desolate when we arrived. The instructions about where to get the key and how to get in were a bit confusing and overly complicated. They could be simplified. None of the windows had been cleaned for a very long time, so the view to the outside was a bit grubby. Might be good to get those done.

Positive: Great location and very nice apartment.

Expensive and smelly ! Positive: Location Negative: The potent air freshener smell in apartment coated nose and throat , bad rubbish smell in lift and the filthy greasy water in car park that you had to walk through to get into / out of car ! I didn’t park there in the end. Complicated instructions for access then asked to take the rubbish out when I left ! Nothing friendly about this place !
