Stylish City Apartment with Balcony and Parking

Nice place close to town Positive: Close to town. Host had good comms Negative: Let people know the lift was out of order. Not an issue for us but might impact guests with mobility issues

Great spot, would stay again. Positive: Great location, and very clean. We asked for another key as there were 3 of us staying and that wasn't a problem. Negative: Would be great if there was another mirror in the property, a full length mirror would have been handy.

Positive: Great location

A lovely well located apartment for a walking holiday in Christchurch. Positive: The apartment was as adverised, close to the CBD ( we didnt have a car) and had the space and facilities we needed. Negative: It would help to have How-to operate guide for all of the appliances ie TV, oven, washing machine, coffee maker as we werent that successful at it. I have already sent an email regarding the bathroom door sticking which actually trappedmy aunt in the bathroom.

I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Lexia was amazing with quick response to our needs. Thanks lex Positive: Quiet, gated access, Carpark, apartment and lift Negative: Lift near our apartment wasn’t working. Although there was another lift further away. We were staying 8 days, would have thought it could have been arranged in that time. The alternative lift had a big piece of bubble gum stuck on floor near door entry so every time you entered or departed you had to walk to the side of it. Not having a separate toilet.
