Great apartment in fantastic location
Positive: 100% best location ever! Right in the heart of the city. Couldn't have been better. Great to have private parking included. Great apartment, well appointed with all the amenities you could ask for. Nice decor. Clean and tidy. Quiet too, considering the location. Tram right downstairs. So convenient.
Negative: Shower pressure was off the charts. We managed but it was pretty hard. Shower door needs attention/CRC to stop the loud squeak when opening. Bathroom fan connected to only light in bathroom and the fan is very noisy. If you don't get stimulated by noises if wouldn't bother you. I'm just hyper noise sensitive. Queen bed comfy, single not so much.

Positive: The apartment was fantastic, spacious, relax with amazing views, right above the Tram and it was central to everything in distance. Bars, Food, Malls and much more.
Negative: Shower door was so creaky and loud when goingin and iut of the shower so needs some attention.
