Perfect City Retreat 1 bdrm Prime Location

A good stay in the Garden City close to the CBD Positive: The location of this place is the reason for staying there. It is beside the Tram junction and one block from the river and cathedral square. The apartment amenities were also very good, wifi, full kitchen and bathroom facilities were good. The CBD is close and there are many eateries and shops close by. When we did have a problem, the facility managers were reasonably fast to respond, but also did so positively. Negative: There were too few amenities for a longer stay. They would be fine for one night but because the apartment is not serviced, there is a short supply like towels. The other thing is that I was only able to contact the management people by email, there was no quick contact to call. I felt I could have received a better outcome at a hotel or motel.

Positive: Great location, very comfortable. Negative: Heaters were broken. Although 1 heater that worked did work well.

Great apartment in fantastic location Positive: 100% best location ever! Right in the heart of the city. Couldn't have been better. Great to have private parking included. Great apartment, well appointed with all the amenities you could ask for. Nice decor. Clean and tidy. Quiet too, considering the location. Tram right downstairs. So convenient. Negative: Shower pressure was off the charts. We managed but it was pretty hard. Shower door needs attention/CRC to stop the loud squeak when opening. Bathroom fan connected to only light in bathroom and the fan is very noisy. If you don't get stimulated by noises if wouldn't bother you. I'm just hyper noise sensitive. Queen bed comfy, single not so much.
