Positive: Apartment location, size and facilities
Negative: Only one key is available on check-in. We were doing different things during the day so a second key was essential but it became a mission to arrange.

Positive: Great location.
Negative: The apartment itself was okay, but there are a couple of things to be aware of. There is no air conditioning and, even with the two (small, old, and not efficient) standing fans, it gets quite hot on a sunny day. It also took me a while to find the key lock box and the right unit, as there were no photos in the instructions and number 113 has many different apartments and shops, not just one entrance. Clearer directions with pictures would make arrival much easier.
